Michael O'Neill is the Bernie Prindiville Chair of Education at The University of Notre Dame Australia. Michael comes to the School of Education with over 23 years experience in a wide variety of Catholic secondary schools in middle management and senior management roles. He has held the position of Deputy Principal (Curriculum) Head of Secondary and was Acting Principal at a large metropolitan Yr 4-12 school. He recently held a senior role in the Catholic Education Office as Coordinator of Secondary Curriculum. He has interests in English curriculum, Outcomes Based Education, the management of curriculum reform and educational policy and leadership. Apart from his role as Dean of the School of Education on the Fremantle campus he is also the Executive Dean of the National College of Education at UNDA.
