Getting ITS Help

Our helpdesk services provide staff and students with assistance for their information technology queries.
 
Your requests for support will be tracked using the Magic Helpdesk software.  This generates emails to confirm that a report has been logged and to confirm that the problem has been resolved and how it was resolved.
